We also have in-house Repairing Center, which forms the hub of our support activities. The National Repair Center located at Delhi does diagnosis and repair of all the defective spare parts received and provides the barest possible turn around time against the receipt and despatch of the defective spare parts to its customers despite their being located at remote locations throughout the country. Our quality processes have been assessed by AQSR, USA and we have been awarded the ISO 9000:2001 certifications for our maintenance support services, which is the highest possible capability achievable under the stringent ISO standards.

We have 5 regional offices in the metros and support engineers spread across various locations in the country making us one of the Most Preferred IT services company. Over the years, we have been able to build up our resources & arrangements to cover the support activities across a wide geographical spread in the country.
