Position - Service Now developer – L3 level
- Develops or modifies moderately complex software programming applications
- Assistswith or drives conception, design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation of programs and processes.
- Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and integrating system and software tools & technologies
- Assists in Creating/Modifying Record Producers, Creating Custom Apps, Transform Maps and Scheduled Jobs
- Assists and search for process improvement opportunities
- Assists with systems and applications debugging
- Maintains and regularly update service now documentation
- Provides technical expertise, problem determination, and administration for Service Now
- Shall be a good team player and must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
